Image processing, electronics, and computer engineering are closely interrelated and are all intrinsic to the digital devices and automated systems which underpin modern society.
This publication presents the proceedings of IPEC2025, the 6th Asia-Pacific Conference on Image Processing, Electronics and Computers, held from 16 to 18 May 2025 in Dalian, China. As one of the premier academic events in the Asia-Pacific region, the IPEC2025 conference serves to facilitate exchange and collaboration between academia and industry, driving interdisciplinary integration and innovative development in image processing, electronics, and computer engineering. The conference received a total of 601 full paper submissions, and all were evaluated by means of a thorough review process on the basis of their significance, novelty, and technical quality. The program committee ultimately selected the 180 papers included here for presentation at the conference and publication. A wide range of topics are covered, many of which transcend the boundaries of traditional disciplines and embrace interdisciplinary approaches. They include computer vision; image processing; graphics and visualization; electrical engineering and energy systems; signal and information processing; distributed systems and software engineering; automation, control engineering and robotics; and biomedical engineering and artificial intelligence.
Providing a wide-ranging overview which highlights the multidisciplinary nature and interconnectedness of the subject matter, this volume will be of interest to all those whose work involves image processing, electronics, and computers.
