Prompted by the rapid development of the information age, researchers in various disciplines have begun to study a number of new ideas and methods related to intelligent manufacturing and cloud computing.
This publication presents the proceedings of ICIMCC 2025, the 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Manufacturing and Cloud Computing, held from 12 to 14 December 2025 in Wuhan, China. The annual ICIMCC conference provides an international platform for invited speakers, authors, and participants from around the world to hear and discuss contributions spanning the broad spectrum of intelligent manufacturing and cloud computing. It also represents a valuable opportunity for the fostering of future collaborations and partnerships. The 2025 conference received a total of 238 submissions, with 106 papers finally accepted for inclusion in the proceedings and publication here following a rigorous review process. Each paper was reviewed by between 2 and 4 expert reviewers, who based their assessment on originality, technical significance, relevance, and clarity, with the ultimate selection resulting in an acceptance rate of just under 45%. The papers are divided into 5 thematic sections: artificial intelligence and data intelligence applications; intelligent equipment, robotics, and manufacturing systems; industrial internet of things, communication, and network security; digital twin, modeling, and system simulation; and advanced sensors, materials, and energy technologies.
Featuring the latest research developments and providing a comprehensive, current overview of advances in the areas of intelligent manufacturing and cloud computing, this volume of proceedings will be of interest to all those working in the field.
