Whether it is keeping millions of passengers safely airborne every day, designing, testing or making the spacecraft and technologies needed for space travel, or working on communication satellites and advanced weather prediction systems, aeronautical and aerospace engineers design, plan, and test some of the most exciting and advanced technology in the world.

This publication presents the proceedings of AAME 2025, the 8th International Conference on Aeronautical, Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, held from 28 to 30 March 2025 in Suzhou, China. The aim of the conference was to bring together leading researchers, engineers, and industry experts to share cutting-edge advancements in aeronautical, aerospace, and mechanical engineering. The conference received a total of 100 submissions, and after a rigorous double-blind peer review process by expert technical committee members, 65 papers were initially accepted for presentation (acceptance rate 65%), of which 30 selected papers are published in the proceedings. The papers cover a wide range of topics, and are divided into 7 sections: aircraft wing design and aerodynamic characteristics analysis; aerospace power mechanical equipment design and fault diagnosis; aerospace engine combustion design and propulsion technology; aerospace material analysis and mechanical performance testing; engine performance simulation and evaluation in aviation systems; navigation environment monitoring and multi-task collaboration; and fluid mechanics analysis and measurement technology in aerospace engineering.

Providing a comprehensive overview of the latest developments and innovations in the field, this proceedings will be a valuable resource for all those whose work involves aspects of aeronautical, aerospace and mechanical engineering.
