Description

The rapid evolution of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), 6G communications, and advanced embedded systems continues to drive unprecedented transformation across all sectors of society.

This publication presents the proceedings of CECNet 2025, the 15th International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Networks, held as a live event from 24 to 26 November 2025 in Hong Kong, China. The CECNet series of conferences was conceived to address the need for a multidisciplinary dialogue to bridge the domains of AI, IoT, 6G, and other advanced systems, and to foster a cross-pollination of ideas and collaborative solutions for the future. This year, the conference received some 300 high-quality submissions from around the globe, and after an exhaustive peer review process based on quality and relevance to conference topics, 58 papers were eventually selected for presentation at the conference and publication in this volume. These present original and innovative ideas or results of general significance supported by clear and rigorous reasoning, as well as compelling new light in both evidence and method. The papers are divided into 3 sections: AI and machine learning; edge computing, networking, and distributed systems; and hardware, electronics, and physical systems integration, and topics covered range widely, from neural networks and image recognition to tackling wire fraud and the weighing of aircraft.

Providing a wide-ranging overview of the latest research and developments, this collection of articles will serve as a valuable reference, of interest to scientists, engineers, and graduate students worldwide.
