Call for Papers: Special Issue on Occupational Health Service (OHS) Support to Ensure a Sustainable Work Environment in Health and Welfare Workplaces

You are invited to submit a manuscript for consideration in a special issue titled, OHS Support to Ensure a Sustainable Work Environment in Health and Welfare Workplaces. For this issue, the editors will consider manuscripts across a broad view of work environment promoting activities by OHS in health and welfare workplaces, as those workplaces have increasing challenges in the work environment.

You are invited to submit a manuscript for consideration in a special issue titled, OHS Support to Ensure a Sustainable Work Environment in Health and Welfare Workplaces. For this issue, the editors will consider manuscripts across a broad view of work environment promoting activities by OHS in health and welfare workplaces, as those workplaces have increasing challenges in the work environment. This falls beyond the scope of individual rehabilitation but focuses on the shift towards strategic workplace interventions and how to assess effectiveness of those interventions considering the complexity of the work environment.

Studies evaluating workplace interventions in health and welfare workplaces are of great importance as there is a need for more knowledge to ensure sustainable work environment in the future. Studies evaluating workplace intervention strategies are considered.

Studies evaluating psychometric properties of tools to measure work environment are considered. Studies evaluating measurement methods are crucial for identification of risk exposure and outcome of workplace intervention strategies.
