This publication presents the intentions of the ENDE International Standing Committee to enable a fruitful and synergistic investigation of Electromagnetic Non-Destructive Evaluation. Indeed, this topic is crucial to an increasing number of engineering activities and environmental evaluation and protection issues, and it requires theoretical insight, efficient models and simulations, robust data interpretation, and proper instrumentation combined accordingly. These proceedings of the E’NDE 2003 Workshop consist of 36 full accepted papers which were all reviewed and accordingly revised. There were participants from Europe, United States, Korea and Japan.
